1. Service

Sampo AI Academy is an online learning platform operated by Sampo Pro Oy (Business ID: 3125460-1), Lappeenranta, Finland. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. When purchasing courses intended for minors, a parent or guardian must create and manage the account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.

3. Payments and Access

Course packages are sold as one-time payments. Upon successful payment, you receive lifetime access to the purchased content, including future updates. You may revisit all content, including previously completed lessons, at any time. All prices include VAT where applicable.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at support@sampo.pro before accessing more than the first lesson of the course. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, texts, and materials, is owned by Sampo Pro Oy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share course content without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sampo Pro Oy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
